Noddi is a digital marketplace that connects customers with independent service providers offering maintenance services. These Terms of Use explain how the marketplace works and define the relationship between you, Noddi and the Service Providers.By using Noddi, you accept these Terms.
Noddi is a marketplace operated in Norway. The platform runs on the Navio technology platform and allows approved service providers to offer their services through the Noddi brand.
Noddi does not provide maintenance services itself. All services listed in the marketplace are delivered by independent service providers.
Noddi acts solely as a facilitator between customers and service providers.
This means:
Noddi is not a party to the service agreement between you and the service provider.
When you book a service, you enter into a direct agreement with the selected service provider. The provider’s own terms of service apply to the delivery of the service.

Du kommer då att ha möjlighet att antingen acceptera vårt nya erbjudande med de ändringar vi anger eller att annullera det för ordern som påverkas av avvikelsen.
Payments are made directly between you and the service provider through the provider’s selected payment gateway.
Noddi does not process payments and is not part of the payment transaction.
Transaction data relating to bookings made through Noddi may be shared with Noddi for reporting and remuneration purposes, but Noddi does not handle your payment.
Refunds and payment disputes must be handled directly with the service provider.
Noddi reviews and approves service providers before they are made available in the marketplace.
This approval does not mean that Noddi guarantees the quality, legality, or suitability of the provider’s services. The service provider remains solely responsible for their operations.
If a service provider identifies damage or wear that may require additional services, you may receive a digital notification through the platform.
Such notifications and recommendations are automated and based on information submitted by the service provider.
Noddi does not verify or guarantee the accuracy of inspection data or recommendations.
You are under no obligation to act on such recommendations. No information will be shared with any recommended service provider unless you choose to book a service.
To use certain features, you may create a user account.
Accounts are managed through the Navio platform and may be linked to multiple marketplace brands or service providers.
You are responsible for:
Noddi may suspend or terminate accounts in cases of misuse, breach of these Terms, or behavior that may harm the marketplace or its participants.
You may opt in or out of marketing communications from:
Marketing preferences can be managed in your profile settings.
Noddi is not responsible for marketing communications sent by service providers in accordance with your consent.
Noddi does not share customer data with Service Providers unless the customer explicitly order a service from said Service Provider.
Users may submit reviews of service providers.
Reviews contribute to the overall rating of service providers in the marketplace.
By submitting a review, you confirm that the content:
By submitting a review, you grant Noddi and the relevant service provider the right to use the review in anonymized form for promotional purposes.
Noddi does not alter or edit reviews. However, Noddi reserves the right to remove reviews that are unlawful, defamatory, clearly false, misleading, abusive, or otherwise in breach of applicable law or these Terms.
Noddi may also remove reviews if required to do so by legal obligation or competent authority.
Noddi does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform.
The platform may be updated, modified, or temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond Noddi’s control.
All content on the Noddi platform, including branding, design, software, and marketplace structure, belongs to Noddi or its licensors.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or misuse platform content without written permission.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be excluded under Norwegian law.
These Terms are governed by Norwegian law.
Disputes relating to these Terms shall be resolved by arbitration in Oslo, unless mandatory consumer protection law requires otherwise.
If you are a consumer, you may also have the right to bring disputes before ordinary courts in accordance with mandatory law.
Noddi may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be published on the platform.
Continued use of Noddi after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Noddi and the Noddi logo are registered trademarks of Noddi AS. It is not permitted to use our name, logos, screenshots, or images in a way that may cause confusion or imply sponsorship, endorsement, or association without permission.
All content on the websites is the property of Noddi AS or its subcontractors and is protected under, among other things, copyright, marketing, and trademark legislation. This means that trademarks, company names, product names, product information - including service processes with images, descriptions of the products and services -images/graphics, design, typography, layout, and other content on these websites may under no circumstances be downloaded, copied, or otherwise used unless explicitly permitted by mandatory law or by prior written consent from Noddi AS.
